The law relating to Pre-Nuptial Agreements is going through changes and are not commonly used in England and Wales but are likely to be more common in the future.

Depending on your circumstances going into a marriage may result in you and your partner to consider drafting a pre-nuptial agreement. Pre-nuptial or pre martial agreements set out in writing how finances and assets are dealt with should the marriage come to an end.
