On 17th September 2014, Burton & Co of Lincoln and Sleaford were awarded the Brand Ambassador of the Year Award at the National QualitySolicitors Conference in Manchester.
The QualitySolicitors organisation recognises and seeks to address many negative perceptions held by the public about the legal profession. In order to reassure customers that the legal profession is addressing their needs the QualitySolicitors organisation is assisting member firms, such Burton & Co to implement innovations – including a clear price guarantee and opening six days a week.
We know the number one concern of our customers is cost. Therefore throughout our website ( www.qualitysolicitors.com/burtonandco ) we provide costs information that is readily accessible and easy to understand. During this month, we will be introducing the QualitySolicitors Clear Price Guarantee in order to reassure our customers that they can trust us on cost.
We are the only firm in Lincoln to offer our services six days a week and have also introduced a new drop-in session on Saturday mornings featuring a different area of law each week. We understand that it can be a daunting prospect to enter a legal office; but we are committed in making our services user-friendly, accessible and predominantly customer focused.
All of our staff receive customer service training to ensure that we meet our promises of: a three ring pick up, same-day client call-back, same-day client email reply, convenient opening hours, free first call back advice, a price promise with no hidden costs and ‘£99 Ask the Legal Expert service.’
Andy Kerrigan of Burton & Company commented upon receiving the Award on behalf of the firm,
“We are both delighted and honoured to receive this Award. The QualitySolicitors group has over 100 firms in approximately 200 locations throughout the UK; all of whom are committed to providing an unparalleled standard of service to our customers. We are therefore incredibly pleased that our work here in Lincolnshire in promoting great customer service has been recognised in this way.”
