The new individuals have a wealth of experience between them and deal with all aspects of criminal law, from the start of a police investigation and advising suspects questioned at the police station, to the complexities of preparing a case for Court proceedings both in the Magistrates and Crown Court.
As ever the Criminal Defence team at Burton & Co are committed to assisting those accused of Criminal offences and the addition of our new team members will ensure that at anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, that we shall have a representative to attend at the police stations as and when required.
We truly have a great team of people with real expertise, dedication and loyalty, from the support staff though to the Senior Partner and Head of the Department. We already have well established foundations of this department but feel the addition of our new team members shall only reinforce our own client networks together with all new prospective clients from either the Duty Solicitor Scheme or client referrals.
We have real expertise and a unique character. We are agile enough to adapt to any situation and shall be available to be called upon at any time, whilst still providing that quality service the client deserves
