Andy Kerrigan of our Criminal Defence Team was invited to comment on anonymity in criminal proceedings during a recent BBC Radio Lincolnshire broadcast on 7 February.
Following the acquittal of a high profile celebrity there has been much debate about whether persons accused of similar offences should be allowed anonymity until conviction.
BBC Radio Lincolnshire held a phone in on the topic and invited our Andy Kerrigan, who is based in our Criminal Defence team at Lincoln, to comment on the issue.
