Domestic violence
If you are in an abusive or violent relationship and find yourself reading this page then it is likely you are considering getting help and advice. Legal Aid is still available to eligible applicants in cases where domestic violence is present.
We recognise that accepting that there is domestic violence in your relationship is difficult and taking action to bring an end to the relationship is even more difficult.
If you are ready to take the next steps and seek advice we offer a range of ways to get in touch. Firstly, call us for some free initial telephone advice. We can tell you if you are likely to be eligible for legal aid. If you are not eligible we offer an affordable £149 Ask the Expert Session which gets you 45 minutes face to face advice with one of our Family law Solicitors.
All conversations are in complete confidence. We work at your pace and can help you understand the various ways the law can help protect you from an abusive relationship.
You can get in contact with us by calling 01522 523215 or sending a message via the simple on line enquiry forms on this web page.
